BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 19

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 20, Chapter 77, Subchapter 1, is 21
amended to add an additional section to read as follows: 22
20-77-154. Blood pressure monitors for pregnant and postpartum women. 23
(a) The Arkansas Medicaid Program shall provide blood pressure 24
monitors for each pregnant women and postpartum women for up to one (1) year 25
after birth that are covered by the program. 26
(b) The Department of Human Services shall apply for any federal 27
waiver, Medicaid state plan amendments, or other authority necessary to 28
implement this section. 29
