BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 18

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 15 -12-101(a)(5), concerning the 20
Commissioner of State Lands as a voting member of the Arkansas Natural and 21
Cultural Resources Council, is amended to read as follows: 22
(5) The Commissioner of State Lands or his or her designee ; 23
