BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 24

SECTION 1. The purpose of this bill is to regulate pharmacy benefits 26
managers, to amend the law concerning the State and Public School Life and 27
Health Insurance Program, and to amend the law concerning certain health 28
benefit plans offered by certain governmental entities. 29
