Boyd 6 7 For An Act To Be Entitled 8 AN ACT TO CLARIFY THAT AN ADVANCED PRACTICE 9 REGISTERED NURSE WHO PRESCRIBES A STIMULANT MAY 10 SUBSTITUTE A THERAPEUTICALLY EQUIVALENT MEDICATION; 11 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 12 13 14 Subtitle 15 TO CLARIFY THAT AN ADVANCED PRACTICE 16 REGISTERED NURSE WHO PRESCRIBES A 17 STIMULANT MAY SUBSTITUTE A 18 THERAPEUTICALLY EQUIVALENT MEDICATION. 19 20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21 22 SECTION 1.
