BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 19

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 20 -77-143(c)(2), concerning the individuals 21
appointed to the Arkansas Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board, is amended 22
to read as follows: 23
(2) The individuals appointed under subdivision (c)(1) of this 24
section shall be: 25
(A) Either physicians Physicians, physician assistants, or 26
advanced practice registered nurses; 27
(B) Licensed and practicing in this state; and 28
(C) Currently treating rare diseases or conditions. 29
