BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 19

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 26 -18-902(c), concerning the Tax Advisory 21
Council, is repealed. 22
(c) The council will develop and submit a report to the chairs of the 23
House Committee on Revenue and Taxation and the Senate Committee on Revenue 24
and Taxation. 25
