TO REPEAL THE LAW REQUIRING THE 19
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION 20
TO SUBMIT A REPORT CONCERNING THE 21
ACTIVITIES OF THE MULTISTATE TAX 22
COMMISSION AND ARKANSAS'S PARTICIPATION 23
IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMISSION. 24

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 26

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 26 -5-109 is repealed. 28
26-5-109. Annual Multistate Tax Commission report. 29
(a) The Department of Finance and Administration shall prepare an 30
annual report detailing the activities of the Multistate Tax Commission and 31
Arkansas's participation in the activities of the commission. 32
(b) The report required under this section shall: 33
(1) Include without limitation the recommendations of the 34
commission and any activity on Arkansas's behalf by representatives of the 35

(2) Be filed with the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and 1
the Speaker of the House of Representatives no later than September 30 or the 2
next regular business day if September 30 falls on a weekend or legal 3
holiday. 4
