BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 23

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 15 -6-106(c), concerning the functions, 25
powers, and duties of the Rural Services Division of the Arkansas Economic 26
Development Commission, is repealed. 27
(c) The division shall prepare and submit biennially on January 1 a 28
comprehensive report concerning the assistance activities undertaken by the 29
division, any recommendations for legislative proposals, data concerning 30
program activities in rural areas, and other pertinent information which will 31
indicate the activities conducted by the division in the previous biennium. 32
