BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 15 -4-210(c), concerning the foreign 23
operations of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, is repealed. 24
(c) The commission shall report the progress of any foreign offices 25
annually to the Legislative Council, the Legislative Joint Auditing 26
Committee, and the Governor. 27
