TO ISSUE TO CERTAIN NONRESIDENTS A 20
HUNTING OR FISHING LICENSE FOR THE COST 21
OF A RESIDENT LICENSE. 22

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 24

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 15, Chapter 42, Subchapter 1, is 26
amended to add an additional section to read as follows: 27
15-42-131. Nonresidents who graduated from Arkansas schools. 28
The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission is authorized to issue a 29
nonresident a hunting or fishing license or a combination license for the 30
same fee charged to an Arkansas resident for the same type of hunting or 31
fishing license or combination license if the nonresident: 32
(1) Graduated from a public, private, or home school in 33
Arkansas; and 34
(2) Is actively pursuing a higher education degree in another 35
state. 36
