BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 22

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 6 -18-710(a)(1), as amended by § 1 of Acts 24
2025, No. 266, concerning the definition of "healthcare provider" relating to 25
student athlete concussion education, is amended to read as follows: 26
(1) "Healthcare provider" means an allopathic or osteopathic 27
physician, neuropsychologist, chiropractor or chiropractic physician, 28
advanced practice registered nurse, certified athletic trainer, physician 29
assistant, or physical therapist; and 30
