Clark 5 6 7 For An Act To Be Entitled 8 TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING CANDIDATES FOR 9 NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS; TO ALLOW CERTAIN CANDIDATES 10 FOR NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS TO USE THE TITLE OF THE 11 NONPARTISAN JUDICIAL OFFICE ON THE BALLOT; AND FOR 12 OTHER PURPOSES. 13 14 15 Subtitle 16 TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING CANDIDATES 17 FOR NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS; AND TO ALLOW 18 CERTAIN CANDIDATES FOR NONPARTISAN 19 ELECTIONS TO USE THE TITLE OF THE 20 NONPARTISAN JUDICIAL OFFICE ON THE 21 BALLOT. 22 23 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 24 25 SECTION 1.
