THE ARTS; AND TO AMEND THE LAW RELATED 19
TO THE TUITION AND FEES PAID BY STUDENTS 20
ENROLLED IN THE ONLINE PROGRAMS. 21

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 23

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code ยง 6 -42-304(c), concerning tuition and fees 25
paid by students attending the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and 26
the Arts, is amended to read as follows: 27
(c)(1) Students who are residents of this state selected to attend the 28
school school's residential programs shall not be required to pay tuition, 29
fees, or room and board. 30
(2) Students who are residents of other countries selected to 31
attend the school shall pay the cost of tuition, fees, and room and board as 32
established by the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas. 33
(3) Students who are enrolled in the school's online programs 34
shall pay the cost of tuition and fees as established by the Board of 35
