If the nursing facility does not comply within 180 days after the Director of AHCCCS suspends or revokes the agreement, the Director of AHCCCS must notify the Director of the Arizona Department of Health Services to suspend or revoke the nursing facilities license (A.R.S. §§ 36-2999.52 and 36-2999.54). The assessment is set to repeal on October 1, 2023. Provisions 1. Extends the delayed repeal date for the assessment to October 1, 2031.
