Overview
Makes an internal referencing correction.
History
Laws 2016, Chapter 111 amended A.R.S. § 11-811 by adding a subsection after subsection B.
Subsections D and E were conformed to accommodate the change. A separate statute (A.R.S. §
13-1425) makes a reference to subsection D of A.R.S. § 11-811 to define the terms specific sexual
activities and state of nudity. Prior to the 2016 law, subsection D, paragraphs 14 and 18 of A.R.S.
§ 11-811 defined these terms, but the new law moved the definitions to subsection E. A.R.S. §
13-1425 still references subsection D.
