AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the school safety INTEROPERABILITY fund.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; school safety interoperability fund; distribution The sum of $5,160,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the school safety interoperability fund established by section 41-1733, Arizona Revised Statutes, to be distributed as follows:  1. Apache county sheriff $ 100,000  2. Cochise county sheriff $ 350,000  3. Coconino county sheriff $ 350,000  4. Gila county sheriff $ 275,000  5. Graham county sheriff $ 275,000  6. Greenlee county sheriff $ 225,000  7. La Paz county sheriff $ 150,000  8. Maricopa county sheriff $1,750,000  9. Mohave county sheriff $ 360,000 10. Navajo county sheriff $ 275,000 11. Pinal county sheriff $ 625,000 12. Yavapai county sheriff $ 425,000 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; school safety interoperability fund; distribution

The sum of $5,160,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the school safety interoperability fund established by section 41-1733, Arizona Revised Statutes, to be distributed as follows:
