AN ACT

 

amending section 3-3102; relating to agricultural safety.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 3-3102, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE3-3102. Scope of chapter The scope of this chapter is to regulate the safety and health of workers exposed to pesticides and any other safety and health issue not covered by the industrial commission by title 23, chapter 2, article 10 or any responsibilities required under the approved plan of the industrial commission in accordance with the requirements of the United States department of labor, section 18 of federal under the occupational safety and health act of 1970 (P.L. 91-596; 84 STAT. 1590). END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 3-3102, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
