Overview 
Deletes statutory references relating to a person's virtues with respect to occupational regulation.  
History 
Laws 2021, Chapter 269 (HB 2787) modified certain criteria for determining whether a person's 
criminal record disqualifies the person from occupational licensure or certifications. Additionally, 
the enacted legislation directed Legislative Council Staff to prepare proposed legislation 
conforming statute to the provisions of the enacted legislation. 
HB 2612 is the proposed legislation as required by Laws 2021, Chapter 269. 
Provisions 
1. Removes statutory references, with respect to occupational regulation, pertaining to 
character, good, honesty, integrity, moral and trustworthy. (various sections) 
2. Makes technical and conforming changes. (various sections)
