FACT SHEET FOR S.B. 1247

appropriations; named claimants
Purpose
Appropriates monies from various funds to named claimants in FY 2022.

must be presented by ADOA to the Legislature to request appropriations sufficient for payment of
the claims (A.R.S. § 35-191).
