AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Cesar Chavez Boulevard The sum of $33,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of transportation to distribute to Yuma county to construct, widen, repair and upgrade Cesar Chavez Boulevard in the city of San Luis. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Cesar Chavez Boulevard

The sum of $33,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of transportation to distribute to Yuma county to construct, widen, repair and upgrade Cesar Chavez Boulevard in the city of San Luis.
