Overview
Extends the deadline for the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) Director to submit
an annual report of the department's operations from July 1 to August 15 each year and requires
this report to be published on ADWR's website.
History
The ADWR Director is required to submit an annual report of the department operations to the
Legislature and Governor by July 1. This report must include suggestions on changing current
law or enacting new legislation and other information, suggestions and recommendations that
provide value to the public. This report must be available to the public (A.R.S. § 45-111).
Provisions
1. Extends the deadline for the ADWR Director to submit an annual report of the department's
operations from July 1 to August 15 each year. (Sec. 1)
2. Requires ADWR to publish this annual report on its website. (Sec. 1)
