Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; on-farm irrigation efficiency fund The sum of $30,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the on-farm irrigation efficiency fund established by Laws 2022, chapter 332.
