An Act
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Glassford Hill road; matching monies A. The sum of $9,900,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation for improvements to Glassford Hill road. B. The department of transportation may spend the monies appropriated in subsection A of this section only if the town of Prescott Valley demonstrates to the department that the town has a commitment for at least $1,100,000 in matching monies of gifts, grants and donations for improvements to Glassford Hill road from sources other than this state.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

A. The sum of $9,900,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation for improvements to Glassford Hill road.
B.
