Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; superintendent of public instruction; free breakfasts and lunches The sum of $106,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the superintendent of public instruction to provide free breakfasts and lunches to pupils in kindergarten programs and grades one through twelve in each charter school and school district.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; superintendent of public instruction; free breakfasts and lunches
The sum of $106,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the superintendent of public instruction to provide free breakfasts and lunches to pupils in kindergarten programs and grades one through twelve in each charter school and school district.
