Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Central Arizona Parkway The sum of $52,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county for design, right-of-way and construction costs for the Central Arizona Parkway project.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Central Arizona Parkway
The sum of $52,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county for design, right-of-way and construction costs for the Central Arizona Parkway project.
