An Act
amending title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-410.01; relating to conduct of elections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-410.01, to read: START_STATUTE16-410.01. Voting in precincts; voting centers prohibited NOTWITHSTANDING any other law, in all elections administered by a county, all voting shall be conducted at precinct-based polling places. A county may not use any voting location that provides for countywide access to ballots for registered voters from any location in the county.END_STATUTE Sec. 2. Conforming legislation The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty-sixth legislature, second regular session.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
