An Act

 

amending title 12, chapter 6, article 12, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 12-723; relating to civil liability.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 12, chapter 6, article 12, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-723, to read: START_STATUTE12-723. Civil liability; gender discrimination claims by male employees in women's shelters prohibited; definition A. A facility that does not allow a biological male employee to be in the presence of a woman or the woman's minor children who are living in the facility is not liable for gender discrimination if the facility's sole purpose is to provide a safe and stable shelter to women or women with minor children.  B. For the purposes of this section, "facility" includes a women's shelter, a women's halfway house and a sex trafficking rehabilitation center for women. END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 12, chapter 6, article 12, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-723, to read:

A.
