An Act
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; West Pinal Parkway East-West Corridor The sum of $9,700,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county for engineering and design of the West Pinal Parkway East-West Corridor.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; West Pinal Parkway East-West Corridor
The sum of $9,700,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county for engineering and design of the West Pinal Parkway East-West Corridor.
