Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 41-709, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE41-709. Gifts and donations for employee recognition A state department or agency may accept gifts and donations from a public entity, a private entity or any person for the conduct of to conduct employee recognition programs. Gifts and donations for employee recognition programs are subject to the requirements of title 35, chapter 1, article 3 and chapter 23 of this title. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 41-709, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
START_STATUTE41-709. Gifts and donations for employee recognition
A state department or agency may accept gifts and donations from a public entity, a private entity or any person for the conduct of to conduct employee recognition programs. Gifts and donations for employee recognition programs are subject to the requirements of title 35, chapter 1, article 3 and chapter 23 of this title. END_STATUTE
