An Act
amending title 36, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36-116; relating to the department of health services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 36, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-116, to read: START_STATUTE36-116. Fentanyl; public health crisis This state declares that fentanyl coming across our border is a public health crisis. The department of health services shall do everything within its authority to stem this crisis. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 36, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-116, to read:
START_STATUTE36-116. Fentanyl; public health crisis
