An Act

 

appropriating monies to the governor's office on tribal relations.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; governor's office on tribal relations; Kayenta; public safety, fire and emergency medical personnel housing; exemption A. The sum of $4,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the governor's office on tribal relations to distribute to the Navajo Nation for public safety, fire and emergency medical personnel housing in the town of Kayenta. B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; governor's office on tribal relations; Kayenta; public safety, fire and emergency medical personnel housing; exemption

A. The sum of $4,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the governor's office on tribal relations to distribute to the Navajo Nation for public safety, fire and emergency medical personnel housing in the town of Kayenta.
