An Act

 

appropriating monies to the department of public safety.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; department of public safety; Navajo Nation; public safety substations The following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of public safety to distribute to the Navajo Nation to construct the following divisions of public safety substations: 1. $2,000,000 for the Burnside substation. 2. $2,000,000 for the Cameron substation. 3. $2,000,000 for the Inscription House substation. 4. $2,000,000 for the Le Chee substation. 5. $2,000,000 for the Rough Rock substation. 6. $2,000,000 for the Tsaile substation. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; department of public safety; Navajo Nation; public safety substations

The following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of public safety to distribute to the Navajo Nation to construct the following divisions of public safety substations:
