appropriating monies to the department of public safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of public safety; standby pay; intent A. The sum of $9,400,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of public safety to pay the cost of standby pay for employees of the department. B. The legislature intends that the appropriation made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of public safety; standby pay; intent
A. The sum of $9,400,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of public safety to pay the cost of standby pay for employees of the department.
