appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Mohave wash recharge basin; intent A. The sum of $4,371,100 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Mohave county to design and construct the Mohave wash recharge basin. B. The legislature intends that Mohave county contribute $485,676 to the project described in subsection A of this section.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

A. The sum of $4,371,100 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Mohave county to design and construct the Mohave wash recharge basin.
