Overview 
Asserts a person may not pay or receive money or any valuable thing based on the number of 
voters registered or the number of voter registration forms collected or submitted.   
History 
The County Recorders may appoint deputy registrars to assist in the distribution of voter 
registration forms, the registering of voters and to accept completed voter registration forms.  
Additionally, the County Recorder is permitted to provide large quantities of voter registration 
forms to groups and individuals to conduct voter registration drives (A.R.S. § 16-131).  
Provisions 
1. Prohibits a person from paying or receiving money or any thing of value based on the number 
of voter registrations or voter registration forms collected or submitted. (Sec. 1)
