amending title 13, chapter 38, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-3828; relating to the registration of sex offenders.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 13, chapter 38, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3828, to read: START_STATUTE13-3828. Registered sex offenders; school notification A person who is required to register pursuant to section 13-3821 and who is the legal guardian of a student at a public or private school shall annually provide a notice of the person's registration status to the public or private school.END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 38, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3828, to read:

A person who is required to register pursuant to section 13-3821 and who is the legal guardian of a student at a public or private school shall annually provide a notice of the person's registration status to the public or private school.END_STATUTE
