Overview
Includes uniformed services of the United States in the subtraction from Arizona gross income.
History
Uniformed services is defined as the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, Coast
Guard, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Public Health Service. Armed
forces means the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force and Coast Guard (U.S.C. §
37-101).
Provisions
1. Expands the subtraction from the Arizona gross income to include uniformed services of the
United States. (Sec. 1)
