Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 30-104, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE30-104. Cooperation with land department and director of water resources A. The authority shall cooperate with the state land department and the director of water resources in the duties and functions of the department and the director relating to this chapter. The authority shall also cooperate with the director of water resources in the planning of the hydroelectric power generation aspects of the development and use of the state's water resources. B. The director of water resources shall coordinate and confer with the authority with respect to matters within the authority's jurisdiction relating to surface water and groundwater and the development of STATE water plans. The director of water resources shall cooperate with the authority in the performance of the duties and function of the authority. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
