Overview
Makes a clarifying technical correction.
History
A.R.S. § 28-7046 outlines processes for when the State Transportation Board or the Director
of the Arizona Department of Transportation desires to open, establish, relocate, alter, vacate
or abandon a state highway.
Legislative Council staff prepares an annual report on defects in the Arizona Revised
Statutes and State Constitution. The report lists statutory sections that require technical
and conforming corrections. The report recommends a clarifying technical correction in
A.R.S. § 28-7046.
