An Act

 

amending title 8, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 8-469; relating to foster care.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 8, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 8-469, to read: START_STATUTE8-469. Foster children; adulthood; stipend; rules A. The department shall provide a stipend of $1,200 per month to all children who are under the department's care at the time they turn eighteen years of age until they reach twenty-one years of age. b. The department may adopt rules to implement this section. END_STATUTE  

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 8, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 8-469, to read:

START_STATUTE8-469. Foster children; adulthood; stipend; rules

A. The department shall provide a stipend of $1,200 per month to all children who are under the department's care at the time they turn eighteen years of age until they reach twenty-one years of age.
