Overview
Urges the U.S. federal government to reevaluate proposed restrictions on the chemical
industry.
Provisions
1. Urges U.S. President and Congress to:
a) reevaluate proposed restrictions on the chemical industry and to ensure that
regulations are based on sound science, promote innovation and support supply chain
resiliency; and
b) support frameworks that celebrate innovation and accelerate progress in the chemical
industry.
2. Requests Arizona Secretary of State to transmit the memorial to the U.S. President,
President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, directors of
relevent federal agencies and each member of Congress from Arizona.
