An Act

 

appropriating monies to the department of gaming.

 

 

(TEXT OF BILL BEGINS ON NEXT PAGE)

 

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Reduced appropriation; department of gaming; transfer of monies A. The amount appropriated to the department of gaming pursuant to Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 41 is reduced by $10,000,000. B. On the effective date of this act, monies are transferred from the department of gaming to the state general fund in the amount of either $10,000,000 or the amount of monies remaining unexpended and unencumbered from the appropriation made by Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 41, whichever is less. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Reduced appropriation; department of gaming; transfer of monies

A. The amount appropriated to the department of gaming pursuant to Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 41 is reduced by $10,000,000.

B. On the effective date of this act, monies are transferred from the department of gaming to the state general fund in the amount of either $10,000,000 or the amount of monies remaining unexpended and unencumbered from the appropriation made by Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 41, whichever is less.
