An Act

 

amending title 23, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 23-207; relating to employment.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 23, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 23-207, to read: START_STATUTE23-207. Breastfeeding mothers; teachers; public schools; reasonable accommodation A school district or charter school may not prohibit a nursing mother who is a teacher at the school from bringing the mother's infant to the school in order to breastfeed the infant. The school district or charter school must provide reasonable accommodations if the accommodations do not pose an undue hardship, including reasonable breaks and a private place to allow the nursing mother to breastfeed. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 23, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 23-207, to read:
