An Act

 

amending section 15-361, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to school district governing boards.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 15-361, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE15-361. Establishment of evening and night schools; admission of students; tuition The governing board of a school district may establish an evening or night school when in its judgment the school is necessary or convenient. The school shall be open for admission of children persons between the ages of fourteen and twenty-one years, but this shall not be construed as a requirement for a full course of study therein nor as requiring the admission of a person to a class beyond his educational attainments. The schools shall be open to persons over twenty-one years of age only upon payment of tuition as provided by law. END_STATUTE
