Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 44, chapter 15.1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 44-5102, to read: START_STATUTE44-5102. Multiple listing service; required information A multiple listing service that is used for selling or renting dwellings that are located in this state shall include the following information about a listed dwelling: 1. The congressional district in which the dwelling is located. 2. The legislative district in which the dwelling is located. 3. The county supervisor district in which the dwelling is located. 4. The city council ward or district in which the dwelling is located. 5. The voting precinct in which the dwelling is located.END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 44, chapter 15.1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 44-5102, to read:
