An Act

 

amending section 41-1805, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to critical infrastructure information system.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 41-1805, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE41-1805. Violation; classification In addition to any penalty imposed by federal law, any state or local governmental employee and any entity that submits or receives information under this article and who that knowingly publishes, divulges, discloses or makes known in any manner or to any extent not authorized by law any critical infrastructure information as defined in section 41-1801 that the person knows is protected from disclosure by this article is guilty of a class 5 felony. END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 41-1805, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
