An Act

 

amending title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36-2903.14; relating to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-2903.14, to read: START_STATUTE36-2903.14. Automated survey; members with serious mental illness The administration shall develop and implement a real-time automated survey for members with serious mental illness and the member's parent, guardian or caregiver, if applicable, to collect feedback, identify quality of care issues and respond to the needs of members with serious mental illness.END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-2903.14, to read:

START_STATUTE36-2903.14. Automated survey; members with serious mental illness
