urging the Congress of the United States to enact legislation disarming the federal bureau of investigation.

To the Congress of the United States of America: Your memorialist respectfully represents: Whereas, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has run amok in recent years and failed to provide accountability to Congress; and Whereas, the FBI has failed to submit to oversight by the legislative branch and should instead partner with local law enforcement agencies for any enforcement and investigative activities it undertakes. Wherefore your memorialist The Senate of the State of Arizona, the House of Representatives concurring, prays: 1. That the United States Congress enact legislation that would disarm the agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and require the agency to work in partnership with local law enforcement. 2. That the Secretary of State of the State of Arizona transmit copies of this Memorial to the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives and each Member of Congress from the State of Arizona.
