AN ACT

 

amending title 8, chapter 2, article 3, arizona revised statutes, by adding section 8-235.01; relating to juvenile court hearings.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 8, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 8-235.01, to read: START_STATUTE8-235.01. Remand after appeal; right to change of judge; impartiality A party who appeals a final order of the juvenile court pursuant to section 8-235 is entitled to a peremptory change of judge or commissioner in the matter on appeal as a matter of right without stating a cause for the change, regardless of the disposition of the appeal. END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 8, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 8-235.01, to read:
