AN ACT
Amending Title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28-377; relating to electric vehicles.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-377, to read: START_STATUTE28-377. Electric charging locations; reporting requirements A. An entity, county, municipality or state agency that approves or permits an electric vehicle charging station for public or private use on their property shall report as soon as practicable to the department all of the following: 1. The location of the electric vehicle charging station. 2. the total number of parking spots designated for electric vehicle charging. b. The director shall compile a list of all electric VEHICLE charging stations in this state and post the list on the Department's public website. The list shall be updated weekly to reflect any new or DECOMMISSIONED electric vehicle charging locations. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-377, to read:
